Ashley Machine & Tool Company begins its tooling and operation planning by carefully studying customer blueprints as well as IGES and/or CATIA electronic models. Engineering expertise and experience at Ashley allows transformation of raw material to finished products quickly and efficiently.

Programming is accomplished on four UNIX based Silicon Graphics work stations. Three work stations are equipped with a Numerical Control Computer Science NCL programming system and one workstation is equipped with CATIA. In addition, AutoCAD and Varimetrics are utilized for accurate and efficient tool design.
