Ashley Machine uses an enterprise resource planning system developed by Aptean called Made2Manage. Upon receipt, customer orders are reviewed, and a production/delivery schedule is initiated. A bar-coded production control system is utilized for real-time production analysis. All customer-unique production/delivery status systems are accommodated by Ashley (i.e., online update systems). The production system is versatile and reactive to customer schedule changes.
