As certified suppliers, the company’s high standards of excellence in production and quality are well recognized and documented throughout the industry. Ashley currently maintains quality system approvals by Daher, Northrop Grumman, GKN Aerospace, Kaman Aerospace, North America Subaru, and CPI Aero.
Ashley Machine & Tool has a Brown & Sharp DEA Scirocco NT CMM. This state-of-the-art CMM has measurement capabilities of 51” x 157” x 39”. The system has a direct CAD interface of CATIA and Unigraphics models as well as for IGES.
Ashley Machine & Tool has a 2,500 sq ft climate-controlled inspection area completely equipped with conventional inspection equipment and CMM’s.
